Andrés Cepeda puts “Bogotá” in his view with his intimate tour
In this month of May, Cepeda has presentations in cities like New York, Tampa, Orlando and Atlanta
We recently talked with Andrés Cepeda, a Colombian singer who carries the gift of musical creation in his pen and in his blood. We talk about “Bogotá the tour.” Production that returns to the United States two. Whose staging will allow his audience to perform with him and his musicians an intimate and emotional tour that celebrates his roots, his history and more than three decades of artistic career.
At 52 years old, he is a man who understands music and who recognizes that current genres allow many artists to connect with all the tastes and for having in this art. He recognizes the value of ca gives an artist, even though their preferences don't go in the same direction. And it's that, in the end, music shouldn't have boundaries. There's simply what you like and what you don't, both you and anyone else.
The creative connection of Cepeda has translated her to her music for years, which allows us to listen to it and close our eyes to recreate in what it tells us, in what it presents to us and makes us, sometimes, consider e scenes from novels or movies in the mind with some of his lyrics. It's probably my personal process, but I think it happens to anyone who hears him sing and allows to enter into each lyric of his songs.
These are some of the presentations that will be held in this month of May:
