Klum wore a costume covered in green scales and a headdress with snakes that moved instead of hair to fully recreate the image of Medusa, whose gaze turns those who look at her to stone. The model also sported pointed fangs and a long snake's tongue.

The model explained that she chose this character because she is fascinated by Greek myth and wanted to achieve a "really ugly" version of Medusa.
