Last weekend, the three celebrities met at a school in Los Angeles to attend a school play in which her children, Emme and Fin, participated.
Despite her ongoing divorce proceedings, Jennifer Lopez arrived at the event accompanied by her manager, Benny Medina, and her mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez. Wearing an elegant beige blazer and a long black skirt, the "Diva of the Bronx" displayed a serene demeanor and focused attention on her daughter's artistic performance.
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck arrived with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their youngest son, Samuel, 13. While Affleck sported a formal navy suit, Garner opted for a more casual style with a matching cardigan and skirt.
Although they shared the same physical space, according to Hello! magazine, the interaction between Lopez and Affleck was minimal. Inside the venue, they were both spotted at opposite ends of a busy hallway, chatting with other attendees without greeting each other or exchanging words in front of the cameras. However, the most touching moment occurred at the end of the show. Jennifer Lopez was seen chatting affectionately with Samuel, Affleck and Garner's son, demonstrating that, despite her separation from the actor, she maintains a close and loving bond with her former stepchildren. Although there is no romantic reconciliation on the horizon, both Jennifer and Ben are prioritizing their children's well-being and are in a place of mutual professional and family support. According to People magazine, a source close to the former couple confirmed that they maintain a cordial and supportive relationship. "They are in a very good place. They continue to support each other. They are both proud of what they accomplished together," the source said.
