What Christian Nodal demands from Cazzu in the lawsuit he filed against her is revealed
A judge detailed the lawsuit Nodal filed in Mexico against his ex for child support for Inti
It was recently revealed that Christian Nodal had filed a lawsuit against Cazzu for Inti, their daughter, and now Mexican authorities have provided details.
The existence of the lawsuit was confirmed by Judge Jose Luis Alvarez Pulido, who in an interview with 'Despierta America' acknowledged that the lawsuit has already been accepted by a judge in the state of Jalisco, but it won't be until 2026 that 'La Nena Trampa' will be notified of the proceedings against her in Mexico. The magistrate explained that the lawsuit was accepted in Jalisco because there are legal grounds to support the accusations that 'El Forajido' made against his ex-wife regarding child support and custody of Inti. “It was accepted here in Jalisco, and it was verified that it was appropriate to file it here, at least initially. The judge did accept the lawsuit, considering that there are legal grounds for it,” the magistrate stated. Although Jalisco law states that lawsuits involving minors must be filed in the place where the children live, an exception will be made in this case, and he explained the details. “Jalisco law establishes that “Trials involving minors must be held where the minor lives, but the judge who received the case argued and substantiated certain reasons why he considered it viable,” Alvarez Pulido continued. In the same conversation, the magistrate also spoke about the specific points on which Nodal took legal action against Cazzu, and all of them involve Inti. “The initial petition received focuses on three main points: establishing a custody arrangement, visitation rights to maintain that emotional bond, that communication, that protection—everything that comes with being close to your son or daughter—and I also understand that a request was received to set a provisional child support payment, but not to be paid by the person who will be summoned to court.”The president of the Supreme Court of Justice of Jalisco shared information about the lawsuit filed on December 4th, which was admitted days later. The lawsuit, as the magistrate indicated, is in its first phase, and Cazzu will be notified in the coming weeks through a letter rogatory addressed to the Argentine authorities. So far, neither Cazzu nor her inner circle have made any public statements following the confirmation of the lawsuit against her, which would lead to a reunion with her ex, either in person or virtually.
