All-party meeting today before the winter session of Parliament, leaders of various parties will be involved

The government has called an all-party meeting on Tuesday ahead of the winter session of Parliament, in which House leaders of various parties will participate. In this meeting, there is a possibility to ensure the smooth functioning of the House, to discuss legislative work and important issues related to it during the session. The winter session will begin on December 7 and will end on December 29. There will be 17 sittings in this session. Sources said that Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will hold a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee on Tuesday evening.
This time, it has been decided to call a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee instead of the all-party meeting traditionally held before the session. Last week, the government released a list of 16 bills to be introduced during the winter session.
Invitations sent to leaders of various parties in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi has sent invitations to leaders of various parties in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha for this meeting. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to be present in it. House leaders of political parties in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have been invited to discuss important issues and possible legislative business to be taken up in the winter session of Parliament. The government has expected cooperation from the leaders of all the parties for the smooth conduct of the winter session of the Parliament.
Earlier, the Congress party had called an important meeting on Saturday under the leadership of party's parliamentary party president Sonia Gandhi and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge regarding the winter session of Parliament. In the meeting which lasted for about 70 minutes, the party decided to raise all the issues including border tension, inflation in the Parliament which are related to the security of the people and the country. In these, the issue of cybercrime has also been kept prominent.
