New Delhi: At the age of just 17, Corona snatched the parents. After the death of the parents, LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) sent a notice of Rs 29 lakh to Vanisha Pathak. The loan recovery agents were put behind him. When the report of Bhopal topper Vanisha Pathak came in the media, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has ordered an inquiry into the whole matter.

Nirmala Sitharaman tweeted that probe into this matter. The responsibility of the investigation has been entrusted to the Department of Financial Services (DFS) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Actually, Vanisha Pathak's father was an agent of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Had taken home loan from his office. He died during Corona.

Not only did the shadow of the parents rise from Vanisha's head, LIC also sent a notice for payment of Rs 29 lakh. Vanisha got worried. LIC frozen his father's commission as well as all his accounts. A legal notice was issued for the last time on 2 February 2022, which said that be ready for legal action if the loan is not paid.

Vanisha wrote a letter to LIC in this regard, but the officials of Life Insurance Corporation of India were not ready to listen to her. Vanisha, who was living with her maternal uncle, wrote to LIC, "My father was a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). This is a well known insurance club of LIC. My parents Seema Pathak and Jitendra Pathak died in the second wave of Corona.

Vanisha further wrote that she and her 11-year-old brother Vivaan have become orphans. Both are not adults yet. Therefore, you cannot withdraw the amount of your father's policy and commission. There is no other source of income due to the death of the parents. LIC has already banned father's commission etc. So, the loan will be repaid only when I ie Vanisha turns 18.
