Two Congress MLAs from Jharkhand Rajesh Kachhap and Naman Vixal Kongadi, who were lodged in Howrah jail in Kolkata cash case, came out of jail on Monday. Another MLA Dr. Irfan Ansari has already come out of jail. Let us tell you that the Calcutta High Court had recently passed an order to release the three MLAs on conditional basis. Here, on getting out of jail, Congress MLAs said that a conspiracy has happened with them. The mafia-brokerers got the FIR done. Due to this he had to go to jail. Due to being arrested in the cash scandal, the Congress party suspended the three MLAs. It is to be known that these MLAs were arrested by the Howrah Rural Police on July 30, 2009 with more than 40 lakh cash.

Let us inform that Congress MLA Dr Irfan Ansari came out of jail first. There was a legal hurdle in the release of MLAs Naman Vixal Kongadi and Rajesh Kachhap. These MLAs were not able to get local balers. Due to this, both the MLAs along with MLA Dr Ansari could not get out of the jail. But, on Monday, the formalities regarding the bail of both the MLAs were completed. After this, both the MLAs came out of Howrah Jail in the afternoon.

Here, the MLAs said in a conversation with Prabhat Khabar that a conspiracy has happened with them. August 9 was tribal day. Had to organize a big event. For this sari and jersey-football had to be bought for the sporting event. They have been implicated under a conspiracy. The people of the area will never forgive the conspirators.

MLA Dr Irfan Ansari said that I have full faith in the law. In the coming days the lies will be exposed and the truth will come out. We are all true Congressmen. At the same time, MLA Rajesh Kachhap said that Congress is in our blood. We are soldiers of Congress. Stayed in jail for 22 days. Stay away from the people and family of the area. Mafia people have got FIR done. Those who do brokerage, not politics, they got the FIR done. For them politics is business. MLA Naman Vixal Kongadi said that a conspiracy has been hatched against them. The conspirators were thinking that we would be in jail for six months. But, there is full faith in the court and on the basis of that they have got bail.

The MLAs released from jail said that we will put the truth in front of the party. National President will meet Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, in-charge Avinash Pandey and Venugopal. Will tell the high command that efforts are being made to break the voters of Congress. There are some outsiders and mafia type people inside the Congress who are trying to weaken the Congress. It will be exposed in front of the high command.
