Mahua appeals to stop posting, broadcasting or publishing any alleged fake news against him. This case is likely to be heard in the bench of Justice Sachin Dutta in Delhi High Court. The court is likely to hear the Trinamool MP's case later this week.

He has written a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. Nishikant alleges that 'Mahua takes money for asking questions in Parliament.
