The horse-trading issue of TRS MLAs is gaining momentum in Telangana. Now the Telangana Police probing the matter has sent summons to top BJP leader and party general secretary BL Santhosh. The SIT has asked him to appear for questioning on November 21. If they do not do so, the SIT can also arrest them. 

At the same time, after the issue of summons, BJP leader BL Santosh is also preparing to file a petition in the High Court for interim bail. Cases were registered against Nand Kumar and Simhaji Swamy under relevant sections - criminal conspiracy, offer of bribe and provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Rega Kantha Rao and Guvwala Balaraju have complained of receiving threat calls from unknown persons. He has been asked over phone to leave TRS and join BJP. Allegedly the inducement of money was also given. Cases under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code have been registered at Raidurgam, Banjara Hills, Ghatkesar and Gachibowli police stations following a complaint by the MLAs.
