National President of Maharana Pratap Sena Rajyavardhan Parmar was arrested from Mahakal temple on Wednesday. He will be produced in the court in Delhi on Thursday. After the statement of the actress in the court, the Delhi Police has added the section of rape in the FIR. In the initial interrogation, the accused denied the allegations of the actress. Earlier, the UP government had suspended three officers Dinesh Karush, Rakesh Chowdhary and Paras posted at UP Bhawan after the FIR was registered.

The actress, who has acted in films from South and Gujarat, had given a complaint at the Prasad Nagar police station in the central district. The incident took place in UP Bhawan, due to which the complaint was sent to Chanakyapuri police station. In the complaint, it is said that she met Rajyavardhan Singh Parmar in Hardoi on the advice of a friend. He described a big BJP leader as his uncle. On May 26, the accused took the victim to UP Bhavan, saying that there were two big leaders of a national party with whom he would meet her.

When they reached room number 122 of UP Bhavan, there was no one there. As per the complaint, the accused then sexually assaulted her. After the FIR was registered, the accused along with the family fled. The police found his mobile location in Madhya Pradesh. It was learned that Parmar along with the entire family was hiding in the Mahakal temple from where he was arrested.

Chanakyapuri police have registered a case and started investigation. Room number 122 of UP Bhawan has been sealed. In the initial investigation, the police are suspecting Paras Nath and Rakesh Singh posted at the reception. Both have been suspended for giving room to Parmar. Apart from this, officer Dinesh Kumar has also been suspended. At the same time, CM Yogi has taken action in this matter. On Monday, information about the incident was received by CM Yogi, after which action was taken against the three officers.

For information, let us tell you that among the three officers against whom CM Yogi has taken action, the system officers Dinesh Karush, Rakesh Chaudhary and Paras have been suspended in one case. On the other hand, action can also be taken on RC and ARC of UP Bhavan. Rajiv Tiwari has got the responsibility of UP Bhavan after the action taken by the CM and the Governor in this matter.

According to police officials, the actress, who lives in Delhi and Mumbai, had given a complaint to the Chanakyapuri police station on May 27. He said in the complaint that Rajyavardhan Singh took him to UP Bhawan after asking him to meet the two leaders. Rakesh Chowdhary and Paras were present there at the reception. These people provided room to the accused. It is being told that accused Rajyavardhan Singh Parmar is not included in the list of those who should be allotted a room in UP Bhawan. The accused and the victim went to the room on May 26 at 1.05 am. On the evening of May 27, the girl lodged a complaint against Parmar at the police station. The victim has alleged that she was forced to have sex. The police is busy collecting evidence.

According to Delhi Police officials, after this incident of rape, the arrangement officer and reception counter Rakesh Chaudhary and Paras Nath have been suspended and an inquiry has been ordered. Orders have been issued to suspend SP Goyal, Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister of UP. It is alleged that on May 26, Rajyavardhan Singh Parmar was wrongly given a room.
