The BBC is not only against Russia, but also against other global centers that adhere to an independent policy. A spokesman for the Russian Foreign Minister said it had been known for years that the BBC was fighting within the British military to become an instrument of the interests of some groups against others. He said that the BBC should be treated in the same way.

Uproar continues in the country over the controversial BBC documentary based on the 2002 Gujarat riots and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
