The CalFresh program announced the launch of an online grocery shopping system for beneficiaries in Los Angeles County.
CalFresh said the new system is available for online Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) payments, available for purchasing fresh produce through the Food Access LA delivery program.
The initiative integrates online shopping with EBT cards into Food Access LA's home delivery subscription service, which offers food produced at five to seven farms in the region.
