An undocumented immigrant driver was sentenced this Tuesday to four years and eight months in prison for causing an accident that left three people dead last year in San Bernardino County.
Jashanpreet Singh was charged with vehicular manslaughter by gross negligence and reckless driving for the crash involving eight vehicles on Freeway 10 in the Ontario area on October 21, 2025.
According to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials, Singh was in the United States without immigration documentation.
