The Japanese brand decided that its three battery-powered models will retain exactly the same price for the 2027 model year, a measure that breaks with the trend of increases that usually accompanies each new update.

The decision covers the Uncharted, Solterra and Trailseeker models, which will continue to occupy different levels within the company's electric offering. With this strategy, Subaru seeks to maintain its competitiveness in a market where price continues to be one of the most important factors for buyers.
Uncharted will continue to be the most affordable option
The Subaru Uncharted will continue as the brand's entry-level electric vehicle. Its Premium version with front drive will retain a starting price of $36,470, while the Sport and GT variants with all-wheel drive will remain at $41,270 and $45,270, respectively.
In this way, Subaru maintains a clear structure for those seeking to enter the electric segment without assuming an increase because it is a new model year.
Solterra maintains its commitment after its renewal
The Solterra will also retain its base price of $39,970 for the front-wheel drive Premium version. From there, the range will continue to offer top trims, including Limited, Limited XT and Touring XT variants with different equipment levels and traction options.
After the update it recently received, Subaru seems confident that the product remains competitive without needing to change its sales value. The brand is committed to offering a balanced SUV for those looking for practicality, good equipment and the possibility of choosing versions with all-wheel drive.
Trailseeker retains its sportier profile
The Trailseeker, Subaru's latest electric SUV, will also have no changes in price. The Premium version will continue to start at $41,470, while the Limited and Touring configurations will maintain the same values as the previous year.
This model is distinguished because the entire range incorporates all-wheel drive and a power of 375 horsepower, characteristics that make it the most performance-focused alternative within the brand's electric family.
Everything indicates that Subaru seeks to strengthen the presence of its electric vehicles without resorting to mechanical or technological changes. Maintaining prices can be an advantage for those who compare several options before purchasing, especially in a market where the cost of new vehicles remains high.
Sales figures help understand that decision. So far, the brand has sold 2,436 units of the Trailseeker, 2,491 of the Uncharted and 5,137 of the Solterra. However, the latter registers a decrease of close to 21% compared to the same period of the previous year.
With this policy, Subaru maintains a well-differentiated offer. The Uncharted remains the gateway to its electric range, the Solterra retains its role as the most balanced option and the Trailseeker remains the most powerful alternative for those looking for an electric SUV with a greater focus on performance.
