UP Police Recruitment 2023: The way has been cleared for the recruitment of 35 thousand constables in UP Police. The recruitment board will soon release the official notification for the same. The process of direct recruitment of constables on 35,757 posts is expected to start from the month of April. 

Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board will invite new companies through advertisement to conduct direct recruitment examination. The recruitment board has done this exercise in the past as well, however, the process was canceled after only one company participated in the advertisement.

The Police Recruitment Board had received the requisition for direct recruitment of 26,210 constables of civil police, 1007 firemen and 8540 constables of PAC in August 2022. After this tender was invited for conducting the recruitment test. Only one company participated in it, due to which the process had to be cancelled. 

Presently the recruitment board is going to complete the recruitment process of skilled sportspersons on 534 posts of constable. This process will be completed by March 31, after which the exercise of direct recruitment of 35,757 constables will begin in the first week of April.

If the sources of Recruitment Board are to be believed then this time many new companies can participate in the tender process. Applications will be invited from the candidates after the completion of the tender process. At present, a decision has to be taken on whether this exam will be online or offline. But the biggest question is that when the notification related to the application for this recruitment will be issued.
