Hispanic man wanted for an Amber Alert in Los Angeles faces murder and kidnapping charges

A 40-year-old Hispanic man wanted by an Amber Alert now faces charges of murder and kidnapping of a minor, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office reported this Thursday.
The suspect, identified as Rubén Fregoso Juárez, is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Marysol García, 36, and kidnapping her daughter, Daleyza Fregoso, 5, before fleeing to Mexico.
In a press release, prosecutors reported that the Hispanic man is charged with one count of murder and one misdemeanor count of child abuse under circumstances or conditions other than serious bodily injury or death.
