A few days before the release of Tropicoqueta, Karol G continues to give clues about her new album. This Monday, the Colombian singer surprised everyone by releasing a promotional trailer for his fifth studio album in the style of a Mexican soap opera.
Through her Instagram account, the Colombian singer shared the trailer in which important actresses from Mexican soap operas appear.
"Bichota Films presents... a story of love and nostalgia, heartbreak, power, hate and revenge. A story that never ends," says the voice of a narrator.
The first to appear is Anahí, known for her work in RBD, who in the video seems to be the stepsister and enemy of Karol G, since both are involved in a heated fight that is interrupted by the Venezuelan Gaby Spanic, the stepmother, with a: “Damn cripple.”
Ninel Conde also appears in the scene characterized as Alma Rey, a popular character from RBD, to defend Karol G.
The popular actresses Mexican soap operas aren't the only ones to appear in the trailer. There's also a heartthrob: Ricky Martin.
Although the Puerto Rican singer doesn't appear in the trailer, he does appear in a photo that both Karol G and Anahí have. He is the love interest of both.

This week, social networks have been filled with photos of billboards with the names of some of the songs on Karol G's new album.
So far, only the names of 8 of the 20 songs are known: “Dile Luna”, “Papasito”, “Latina Foreva”, “When I Die, I Forget You”, “My Friend”, “That Man Is Bad”, “Traveling the World” and “If I Had Met You Before”
Karol G also told how the idea for this album, with which she returns to her roots, came about.to the music she grew up with. An idea that began to float around in her head during her Tomorrow will be nice tour.
