Eduardo Santamarina speaks for the first time about his role as father-in-law
The Veracruz born actor said he was very excited about the new stage he faces with four of his five children
At 57 years of age, actor Eduardo Santamarina is discovering a new side of himself as a result of his children's love life: that of their father-in-law. In a recent interview, he reflected on this role now that four of his five children are more in love than ever.
Always willing to give a glimpse into his family life, the star of stories such as “Marisol” and “Yo Amo a Juan Querendon” revealed new details about the new stage he finds himself in as a father.
“I am a father-in-law because of Roberto, who has my dear new Saira, who I love, a beautiful girl; Romina, who also has Pablo; and Sebastian who has Axel… oh, and Julia who has Emilio, oh, mamacita!” he said in a chat with the microphones of the program 'Hoy'.
The Veracruz native delved deeper into the subject and confessed that one of his twin sons, the fruit of his marriage to Itati Cantoral, could be the first to reach the altar.
“Roberto is the one who is closest, obviously, he has been there almost 6 years of dating, they have a very nice relationship and all of those I just mentioned, both girls and boys, are very good parents and very good parents girls,” he said regarding the 4 of his 5 children who already have partners.
However, he prefers that his children enjoy their relationships without rushing into the wedding: I love that stage, because I also remember when we had that stage of dating, it's great to see our children in that stage now, recalled the famous.
Finally, Eduardo Santamarina joked about the only one of his children who remains single: Look, the only one missing is Eduardo, it can't be, the 4 are already more left behind.
