Bollywood actress Jiah Khan was found dead at her flat on June 3, 2013. After the suicide, a six-page suicide note was found from the actress' house, purportedly written by Jiah Khan Khan. According to him, Jiah's boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi was accused of abetting the actress to murder. In this case, on April 20, Special CBI Judge AS Syed, after hearing the final arguments of both the sides, had reserved the decision till the next hearing. Now tomorrow i.e. on April 28 at 10.30 am, the special CBI court will give its final verdict on Jiah Khan case.

The late actress's mother Rabia Khan also accused Sooraj Pancholi in this case. Subsequently, Sooraj Pancholi was arrested on 10 June 2013 and was released on bail after spending more than two weeks in custody. After this, in July 2014, the matter went to the CBI. Jia's mother had also said that it was not murder but suicide. After this, the Bombay High Court last year dismissed his petition seeking a fresh probe into the matter.

Recently, when Jiah Khan's mother gave a statement to the CBI court, she had said that Sooraj used to abuse Jiah both physically and verbally. He also said that both the police and the CBI have not collected any evidence to prove this.

Actress Jia Khan, who made her Bollywood debut with the film Nishabd, has passed 10 years. Tomorrow, on April 28, at 10.30 am, the special CBI court is going to pronounce its verdict on this matter after 10 years.
