Dominican singer and influencer Merisa Montas had a heated argument on the streets of Santo Domingo, which went viral on social media.

Through a live broadcast on her social media, the “Bing Bong” singer said that her argument with Montas escalated to blows after she mentioned her daughter Cattleya.
“I started hitting him, normal, because I have a lot of stretch marks for you to be talking about my daughter,” said Yailin.
The singer also referred to the comments Montas made about her late father.
“My father died, I did have a family. I am a little girl that everyone is bullying, I am a little girl who wants to see my family grow, my daughter well, and earn what I deserve,” she expressed.

The altercation began with a series of comments made by Barbilla Roja on her podcast “Que tu opinas” and in public appearances, where he made disparaging comments about Yailin's daughter, Cattleya, sparking a violent reaction from the singer.
Videos of the altercation show how the argument escalated into blows. Yailin angrily stated, "I punched you and you didn't do anything. I already broke your mouth so you'd stop talking."
For his part, Montas denied having made the comments that Yailin claims motivated the fight.
