Daddy Yankee is back at it again with a new lawsuit against his ex and Raphy Pina, Natti Masha's boyfriend
Singer Daddy Yankee is back at it again against Raphy Pina and Mireddys Gonzalez, his ex, after it was revealed that he filed a new lawsuit against both of them.
The lawsuit filed by Los Cangris, Inc. and by Ramon L. Ayala Rodriguez, the singer's real name, also includes attorney Edwin Prado, Andres Coll, and various entities linked to them. According to People en Espanol, the outlet that obtained a copy of the lawsuit, the singer accuses the defendants of illegally appropriating copyrights and diverting royalties that belong to him. The document states that, since 2015, Raphy Pina and his inner circle allegedly altered certain music industry documents to list the producer as a co-author of some hit songs, causing millions of dollars in losses to the true creators of those songs. Natti Natasha's partner is also accused of using intimidation, coercion, and even violence to control the artists and prevent them from filing claims. As compensation, as People reports, the plaintiff is seeking financial redress, the correction of the altered records, and measures to prevent further violations. that similar schemes are repeated.
The lawsuit also includes Mireddys Gonzalez, to whom Daddy Yankee was married for almost three decades, but they finalized their divorce in December 2014.
She is accused of preparing allocations that would have artificially increased Pina-Nieves' shares and reduced those of the plaintiffs, as well as excluding Daddy Yankee from multiple communications to conceal the misappropriation and give the process a legitimate appearance.
So far, none of those named in the new lawsuit have commented on it, so it is unknown how the reggaeton artist's latest attack will end.
