Lindsay Lohan reveals her routine to stay radiant at 39

Actress Lindsay Lohan is in one of the best phases of her life, and proof of this is her most recent round of statements, in which she finally revealed the secret behind her physical and mental well-being. What did she say? Keep reading to find out.
Just days before the start of 2026, the star of "The Parent Trap" and "Freakier Friday" took to her Instagram account to share a glimpse of one of her visits to the gym, confirming that consistency and discipline are a fundamental part of her daily life.
Dressed in a long-sleeved t-shirt and black leggings, Lohan posed with her back to the camera, while training on a Pilates Reformer machine, a discipline she described as "one of the pillars of her physical routine" in a recent interview with the Bustle website.
During the interview, Lindsay shared that Pilates is one of her favorite exercises for maintaining a clear mind and a strong body. However, this isn't her only secret:
“ I mix it with a little bit of CrossFit (…) Depending on what I want to focus on, sometimes my trainer is harder on me, which I like, but I say to her, 'Oh, I have to leave early today,' and she replies, 'No, you're not leaving,' ” he stated.
She also explained: “I love Pilates because it’s gentle yet effective, and I prefer that. And strength training is important because, especially as you get older, you need to build strength more than anything else .”
At 39, Lindsay Lohan is well aware that staying active offers not only physical but also emotional benefits. She's grateful for having adopted these habits, which weren't a priority during her teenage years.
“I feel like exercise wasn’t as important in our generation; health and well-being weren’t as relevant as they are now (…) Over the years you realize how important it is and how good it makes you feel. I value that. I crave those endorphins and I want to be able to keep up with my kids. I don’t make excuses: it’s simply become a ritual ,” she added.
Alongside her physical activity, the big-screen star takes care of her diet, as she revealed a few weeks ago to Elle Magazine: “ I drink this juice every morning: carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, and apple. I also drink a lot of green tea and a lot of water (…) I love pickled beets; I put them in almost everything,” she concluded.
