Shakira announces Spanish version of World Cup song “Dai Dai”: when is it released?

The surprises do not end on the part of the singer Shakira. In the midst of the success obtained with the song “Dai Dai”, the famous woman announced that her followers will finally be able to listen to the Spanish version of the star song of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The news was confirmed by the Colombian during her visit to the sporting event between Argentina and Austria in Dallas, Texas, on June 22.
According to the performer, the song will be released this Tuesday, June 23, during the match between Colombia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, through the Telemundo signal. This event will take place at 7:00 PM (PDT), central Mexico time, at the Guadalajara Stadium.
"Tomorrow in the Colombia match, the big surprise: 'Dai Dai' in Spanish. I hope you like it," Shakira is heard saying in the audiovisual broadcast on Instagram.
After the screen premiere of “Dai Dai” in Spanish, the song will be available for download from the well-known streaming platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Amazon Music.
This was not the only statement by the Colombian that generated interest among the public. And during the interview he gave to Telemundo he also shared his opinion regarding the performance of the Colombian team in the World Cup, as well as other football stars.
“Many things excite me, how my team is doing, how Lucho Díaz is doing, how Messi, at almost 40 years old, is the greatest scorer in the history of the World Cup,” he told the television station.
