The administration kept making every effort to clear the jam, but people remained firm on their demand.

Here, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has said about the Ankita murder case that the SIT has been formed, and they have started their investigation. It will be checked at every point. CM Dhami said that such an incident cannot be accepted in the state. We have resolved to bring the guilty to justice.

Ankita's father: Here, Ankita's father is adamant that he will not perform Ankita's last rites until the post-mortem report comes. Ankita Bhandari's father said that I will perform the last rites of my daughter only after receiving the postmortem report. He said that, the Chief Minister has said that the matter will be heard in the fast track court by constituting an SIT.

Injury marks on Ankita's body: It is worth mentioning that after the death of Ankita Bhandari, it was said in the report given by the hospital that the girl died due to drowning. At the same time, in the draft report released by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh, it was also said that pre-death marks were found on the body of the deceased Ankita Bhandari. This indicates that he was beaten up with a blunt object.

Ankita's body was found on Saturday: It is worth mentioning that Ankita's body was recovered from the Chila Canal near Rishikesh on Saturday. Ankita had gone missing about six days before her death. Here, Ankita Bhandari's brother Ajay Bhandari said that efforts are being made to destroy the evidence in the demolition proceedings at the resort where Ankita used to work.

Let me tell you, Ankita used to work as a receptionist at Vanantar Resort in Pauri. It is being told that the owner of the resort is Pulkit Arya, son of BJP leader Vinod Arya of Haridwar. At the same time, Pulkit and two other employees have been arrested by the police after Ankita's death.
