In a land dispute, CPI leader Sabbar Hasan was shot by criminals on Saturday afternoon after entering his house. The incident is of Ali Mirza Road located in Nai Bazar of Nagar police station area. The criminals fired two rounds from the pistol. One bullet hit Sabbar Hasan's right leg, while the other bullet went into the glass of the cupboard. By the time the family members gathered, the miscreants fled. After getting the information, Inspector Omprakash and Ranjan Kumar of the city police station reached the spot along with the police team. During the investigation at the spot, two pistols and two old gun cases were recovered from the spot.
Admitted to Sadar Hospital for treatment
The injured CPI leader has been admitted to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Sabbar Hasan has given a written complaint to the police of the city police station regarding the incident. In this, two relatives of Brahmapura and Katihar have been accused. Police has started investigating the matter. In his statement given to the police, Sabbar Hasan has told that he is a CPI leader. Along with this, Tanjime is also associated with the Insaaf organization. He was resting in his room on Saturday at his Ali Mirza Road residence. At around one and a half in the afternoon, someone knocked on the door of his room.
The miscreants were wearing face masks
As soon as the door was opened, two miscreants who were wearing face masks, pointed pistols at him. As soon as the bullet fired, he fell on the bed in panic. The bullet entered his right leg. The miscreants fired another bullet, but the bullet went through the temple and entered the glass of the cupboard. By the time the family members arrived, both the miscreants ran away from the house. City DSP Ramnaresh Paswan said that the matter is suspicious. Police have gone to the spot and investigated. A bullet hole was found inside the bedsheet. Police is doing scientific research. The exercise of FIR is going on on the statement of the injured.
The reason for the dispute was told to two katthas 10 Dhur land
Sabbar Hasan told that he has two katthas of 10 Dhur land at Qila Chowk of Brahmapura, which is in the name of his grandfather. They are providing goods for the last 20 years. His relatives have given the land agreement to other accused. Now some people are trying to forcibly occupy the land. The accused are seeking that within 10 lakhs, I should give my 10 crore land in their name.
Even three days ago, there was a firecracker to spread panic

Three suspicious youths riding a bike were seen in CCTV
To gather clues about the miscreants who opened fire, the city police was engaged in scanning the footage of CCTV cameras installed outside shops and houses in Nai Bazar and Ali Mirza Road till late evening. During this, the police have got footage of three suspicious youths riding on a bike. Police is verifying it. Sabbar Hasan told that one miscreant was wearing a pink shirt and the other was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
