Kalvakuntala Kavita, a member of the Legislative Council of the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in Telangana, said this on Tuesday. Attacking the Modi government at the Center, he said that the central government is creating an atmosphere where welfare schemes for the poor are free. I request the Modi government at the Center not to call welfare schemes free.

K Kavita further said, in today's day nothing is free. This is an insult to the poor. In fact, the central government had announced a rebate of Rs 10 lakh crore for the corporates who robbed the bank. Welfare schemes for the poor are for their health, agriculture and children's education and it is not free.

The TRS leader said that it is the responsibility of the government to help the poor through schemes. It is not fair to insult the poor by calling it free. During this, he called upon the central government and said, the central government should support the welfare schemes of all the state governments, if they do not want to support them, then give them freedom so that they can continue with their schemes.

Kavita accused the Modi government and said that their attitude towards the state governments is condemnable. Today the Modi government is trying to force many state governments by curbing them. This will hinder the help of the poor. Let us tell you that Kavita seems to surround the Bharatiya Janata Party on every issue. In the past too, he has fiercely attacked the central government on the issue of inflation, unemployment.
