In a heart-wrenching incident that unfolded near the Kheshkari Akto river bridge on the Jaynagar-Jhumri Tilaiya main road in the Jaynagar police station area of Koderma district, a family's journey turned into a nightmare when tragedy struck in the blink of an eye.

Sachin Kumar, a resident of Jaynagar, was riding his bike with his father, Chhotalal Ram (55 years old), and mother, Dulari Devi (42 years old), from his grandmother's house in Kanke back to their home in Jaynagar. Suddenly, as stormy weather and rain descended upon them near the Akto river, a dry eucalyptus tree standing by the roadside collapsed, crashing down onto the bike.

The impact of the falling tree struck Dulari Devi's head, causing severe injuries. Despite immediate efforts to rush her to Sadar Hospital Koderma for treatment, the attending doctor, Dr. Gobind Prasad, declared her deceased upon arrival.

The sudden and tragic loss sent shockwaves through the family and the community gathered at the hospital, leaving them grappling with grief and disbelief over the unforeseen turn of events.
