A Hispanic deputy with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department died after being shot Monday in Rancho Cucamonga by a suspect who fled on a motorcycle, confirmed authorities.
Officer Andrew Nunez was identified by San Bernardino County Sheriff Shannon Dicus as the deputy who died after the shooting.
Nunez is survived by his pregnant wife, a two-year-old daughter, a mother and four siblings, Sheriff Dicus said.
