Sergio Serrano, 51 years old and originally from Acapulco, Guerrero, was placed at the disposal of the General Attorney's Office (FGR), which will continue with the corresponding investigations.
Intelligence reports consulted by the weekly Zeta Tijuana, point out that “El Checo” operated in areas considered strategic for drug trafficking and territorial dispute between criminal groups in the border region.

The woman was located by police elements who responded to the reports of firearm detonations. She was found with visibl is traces of violence, alive, and transferred to the facilities of the State Attorney's Office, where his statement was recorded.
