The father of the one-year-old girl found the girls inside the house
The investigation began on June 13, when authorities were called to a home in Kenton, Tennessee.
According to the report, Tim Harris, Quarles' fiancé and father of the one-year-old girl, found his daughter Landrie Harris and McKenna Young, Quarles' daughter from a previous relationship, dead.
The authorities indicated that both minors had gunshot wounds.
Following the discovery, the TBI, Kenton Police Department, Obion County Sheriff's Office and the Judicial District Attorney's Office participated in the investigation.
The mayor of Kenton declared at the time that it was an intentional act.
Grand jury returned indictment

An Obion County grand jury later returned an indictment.
The woman was booked into the county jail without bail.
People close to the family described the emotional impact the case left.
