The minor remains detained without bail
Authorities indicated that the motive for the crime was an attempted robbery.
After several weeks of investigation, police arrested Sincere Camps last Friday and announced the formal filing of charges against him.
The teenager remains detained without bail and has a court hearing scheduled for July 21.
The court records consulted by the authorities do not identify, at the moment, a lawyer who represents the minor in the criminal process.
