$10,000 reward after robberies of firearms in Los Angeles
The gun thefts occurred in early to mid-June on Union Pacific trains in Los Angeles; authorities are searching for those responsible.
Authorities announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of those responsible for the theft of hundreds of Firearms were found on freight trains last month in Los Angeles.
The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) said the gun thefts occurred in early to mid-June on Union Pacific trains as they passed through Los Angeles.
In a social media post, the ATF said the trains originated in Long Beach and were headed for Missouri, but investigators said they were targeted by operations they called “targeted robberies.”
