The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office on Tuesday filed charges against the woman accused of attacking a Hispanic street vendor, an incident that occurred on the afternoon of June 15 in downtown Los Angeles.
In a news release, Prosecutor Nathan Hochman announced the charges against Harmunie Heaven Church, 19, who was arrested last week.
Church is charged with one count of felony assault with force likely to cause serious bodily injury, one count of aggravated assault and one count of vandalism.
