Clarissa Molina assures she is ready for her goodbye to El Gordo y La Flaca
The host of El Gordo y La Flaca knows that she wont be on the show forever, so she ready for that day
The Dominican presenter Clarissa Molina, 33 years old and who is part of 'El Gordo y La Flaca', is aware that the show, nor her stay in it, is forever, so she is already prepared for whatever fate has in store for her and the entire team at the famous Univision show.
The Caribbean native spoke about this topic in a conversation she had with William Valdés on the podcast 'Aqui se habla de todo', where he openly questioned her about her imminent departure from the show headed by Raúl de Molina and Lili Estefan.
“El Gordo y La Flaca has been my platform, they have literally been my family for these 9 years, so I'm like, 'Wow, my days without El Gordo y La Flaca' and I even get teary-eyed and sentimental, but like any child, you have to leave home to grow up and do your own things,” she explained about the day it's her turn to forge her own path.
The winner of 'Nuestra Belleza Latina' made it clear in the conversation that she is not afraid of change, because she, like anyone else, is hungry to grow and go further than that she has achieved so far.
“I think about it and say: 'I'm ready.' I can't deny it because I want to grow, I want to do other things. I think I'm at the right moment to make a change,” she continued.
Although she has already tried her hand at acting, and has participated in music videos and reality shows, Clarissa made it clear that she would not be part of another reality show, considering that she does not have the personality, nor the strength at this moment, to face one of those challenges.
“I don't say no because you can never say no, you never know; I wish not, if it's my turn, perfect, but it's more about coexistence. I have never been one for confrontation, for drama, I avoid drama at all costs. I don't know what type of content I could offer to a reality show like that, if I don't like confrontation,” Clarissa, who also has her own podcast, confessed.
