Goa Police is continuously investigating the mysterious death of Tiktok star and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Sonali Phogat. She was in Goa last month with her personal assistant Sudhir Sangwan and colleague Sukhwinder Singh. A video went viral on social media in which Sudhir was seen trying to forcefully make her drink some intoxicating beverage. Both have been arrested for the murder of Sonali. At the same time, Goa Police is continuously searching the people and flats associated with Sonali Phogat.
Expensive furniture and cars missing
According to the latest India Today report, expensive furniture and expensive cars are missing from Sonali Phogat's farmhouse in Haryana. Goa Police said that Sudhir Sangwan, a murder accused and aide of Phogat, had an eye on his property. Goa Police said in a statement that Sangwan was not only keen to acquire his property but also wanted to grab his farmhouse on a 20-year lease.
Farmhouse cost around Rs 110 crore
In the complaint about the disappearance of movable properties, it has been said that Sonali Phogat has three vehicles including Mahindra Scorpio, which are currently missing. At the same time, the cost of his farmhouse is around Rs 110 crore, which includes the cost of the plot.
Interrogation of two people living in the flat
At the same time, Goa Police reached Noida on Monday night and questioned the people of a society. Gautam Budh Nagar Assistant Commissioner of Police Rajnish Verma said that Goa Police got information that Phogat has a flat in Noida, after which a team of Goa Police came and interrogated two people living in a flat in Aravali Apartment in Sector 52. The people living in the flat told that they used to pay Phogat 30 thousand rupees per month as rent.
Goa Police questioned 9 people living around the flat
Goa Police also questioned about nine more people living near Phogat's flat. He told that Goa Police has returned after collecting information. Significantly, Sonali Phogat died in a restaurant in Goa in late August. However, the death of the BJP leader is being treated as a case of murder. Sonali's PA Sudhir Sangwan, another associate Sukhwinder Singh, Goa restaurant owner Edwin Nunes, alleged drug smuggler Dattaprasad Gaonkar and Ramdas Mandrekar have been arrested in this case.
