Renowned Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor finds herself embroiled in legal turmoil as the Madhya Pradesh High Court has served her with a notice regarding a controversial matter. The issue at hand revolves around the title of a book penned during Kapoor's pregnancy, sparking allegations of religious insensitivity from the Christian community.

The book in question, titled ‘Kareena Kapoor Pregnancy Bible,’ has drawn sharp criticism for allegedly offending religious sentiments. Calls have been made for the initiation of criminal proceedings in response to the controversy. Christopher Anthony, a resident of Jabalpur Civil Line, has lodged a petition with the High Court, prompting legal action.

According to the petition, Kapoor is accused of authoring the book with the aim of garnering cheap publicity, with particular objection raised against the cover page content. The case is slated for its next hearing, tentatively scheduled for July 1, as legal proceedings unfold in response to the contentious publication.
