Maluma interrupted concert to scold fan who led a baby
Upon noticing the presence of the little one, the Colombian singer questioned her and highlighted the auditory risks to which she exposed the baby
Maluma interrupted his concert at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City to scold a fan who brought her baby of approximately one year without hearing protection.
During the show in Mexico City as part of his +Pretty +Dirty tour, the Colombian singer, visibly worried, paused to address a fan in the audience who was holding a baby.
Is there a baby?, the singer asked when he realized there was a little one who was a year old or younger in the audience.
Maluma immediately called the baby's presence an act of irresponsibility, especially because the baby was not wearing any hearing protection.
But ma'am, I'm going to say one thing with all due respect, I'm already a father, how old is she? One year old? Do you think it's a good idea to bring a one-year-old baby to a concert where the sound is really loud?, the singer asked her.
Maluma assured that he, as a father, would never take his daughter Paris to a show of that magnitude at such a young age.
That's irresponsible... And you're swinging it around like it's a toy. That child doesn't want to be there, said the Cuatro babys singer, who highlighted the audit risks involved in exposing a baby to such an environment. Maluma's scolding quickly went viral on social media, where it generated debate between users who support the singer and others who indicated that the situation could have been handled differently and privately to avoid exposing the fan. Maluma is currently in the middle of his +Pretty +Dirty tour, which began on March 15 in Spain. After touring countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Portugal, Colombia and Mexico, the singer plans to end the tour August 23 in El Salvador.
