Bad Bunny will voice one of the characters from Toy Story 5
The Puerto Rican artist will lend his voice in both the original version and the Spanish dubbing to give life to a new toy in the Pixar saga
Pixar adds an international star to its cast. The Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny will voice a new character in “Toy Story 5”, the long-awaited installment of the animated saga that will hit theaters on June 17, 2026.
Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, the artist's real name, will make a special cameo playing the character of “Pizza with Sunglasses.”
According to Disney in a statement, this character is characterized by having “a naturally cool and mysterious air,” and is part of a small but powerful community of toys that have been forgotten and live in an abandoned house in the garden.
The striking thing about his participation is that the singer will lend his voice to both the original English version and the Spanish dubbing.
With this project, the winner of several Grammy Awards expands his filmography in Hollywood after having previously participated in action films such as “Bullet Train” (2022) alongside Brad Pitt, the comedy “Happy Gilmore 2” (2025) and the thriller “Caught Stealing”, directed by Darren Aronofsky.
In this new adventure, directed by veteran Andrew Stanton (winner of two Oscars for “WALL-E” and “Finding Nemo”), the iconic gang led by Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie will face an unprecedented challenge for game time: the arrival of Lilypad, a tablet that will change the dynamic and capture the attention of little Bonnie.
The production is handled by Lindsey Collins, while Randy Newman returns to compose the film's original score.
