Beyond the logistical complications, the final trigger was a strict medical warning. Although the singer rigorously supplemented herself with iron, Omega and vitamin B12, the values in her analyzes could not stabilize.
"The doctor told me: 'Hey, if you keep getting anemia, it's a problem for your health because something worse could come later. I need you to eat at least fish, the supplements are no longer enough,'" he said.
Given this scenario, he prioritized his physical well-being and reincorporated marine protein into his menu.
Despite having modified her diet, the singer clarified that she continues to firmly support veganism: “I support that diet again and I think it is spectacular.”
