Trinamool Congress national general secretary of West Bengal Abhishek Banerjee has once again attacked Leader of the Opposition Shubhendu Adhikari in his Lok Sabha constituency Diamond Harbour. Abhishek has taunted Shubhendu by calling him a leader who got central security for four years. He has claimed that all his bravery is due to central security or else he himself is in panic. He said that Shubhendu only talks about honesty by raising both hands in front of the camera.

Abhishek Banerjee has said that the central government is providing security to more than five thousand of its leaders with public money, on which crores of rupees are being spent annually. He said that leaders like Shubhendu are also being given central security. For the security of the leaders, the party should spend Rs. Trinamool will also do the same.
