He said that the police have registered a case. Those who were injured due to bullet injuries are being treated. Out of the injured, 8 people are said to be out of danger. Seven officers of the patrol party have been suspended. They have been negligent in the matter, if they had been aware of their work, then the criminals could have been arrested while running away. Right now the whole matter is being investigated. He has been suspended after prima facie negligence came to light.

Begusarai SP Yogendra Kumar said that four police teams have been formed to arrest the criminals. The four police teams have been raiding possible locations in the surrounding districts since yesterday. During the investigation of CCTV footage, the police have got many important pictures. All those who have been released from jail in recent days have been instructed to identify them. Raids are being conducted at the houses of people whose activity is seen to be suspicious. Five people have been detained in the case, whose interrogation is going on.
