The Anjuman Intejamia Masajid Committee approached the District Judge's court regarding the ASI survey in the famous Gyanvapi campus of Varanasi. The committee demanded to stop media coverage. It is alleged that factless reporting is being done. Where the survey has not started, things are also being written there. On Wednesday, a hearing was held in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh in this matter.

The court, after hearing the arguments of both the parties, orally asked the ASI to file the survey report directly in the court and reserved the file for issuing orders on the issue. On behalf of the Masajid Committee, it was said that the media is reporting contrary to the facts regarding the survey. He is spreading enmity in the society.

At the same time, it was said from the Hindu side that the media is doing its job. The report being shown is of the previous survey. It is expected that the court may pronounce its order on the said application on Thursday. At the same time, the court has fixed the date of August 17 for hearing on two other issues.

The Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee applied to stop the ASI survey in Gyanvapi. It was said that on the application of the four women petitioners, the District Judge had ordered the ASI survey on July 21. The fees for the expenses incurred in the survey were not deposited on behalf of the women litigants. Survey is being done without depositing fees, which is against the law. The writ was not issued to the ASI for the survey, nor was the information about the survey given in writing.

The survey that is being done is contrary to the process of legal provision. In such a situation, the survey which is being done without following the provisions given under the General Rules and Civil Procedure Code should be stopped. On this application, objection was raised on behalf of the advocate of the women litigants. Also, time was sought for filing objections. On this, the court fixed the date of August 17.

Hearing was also held in the same court of District Judge on the application given by Rakhi Singh in which objection was filed on behalf of Anjuman Intezamia Masjid. Rakhi Singh's application has been given for the purpose of banning Muslims from offering Namaz. All the allegations are baseless and this application deserves to be dismissed. Rakhi Singh's advocates Manbahadur Singh and Saurabh Tiwari sought time to file counter-objections. The court fixed August 17 as the next date of hearing.

During the hearing in the court, in another case related to Gyanvapi, advocate Ramesh Upadhyay said that objections have come from all the parties on the issue of darshan worship of Shivling allegedly found during the survey. After hearing in this matter, it was requested to issue the order. During the hearing, Mumtaz Ahmed, Rais Ahmed Khan, Tauheed Khan, Merajuddin Siddiqui, Ikhlaq Ahmed on behalf of the Anjuman Arrangements and Subhashnandan Chaturvedi, Deepak Singh, Pawan Pathak, Madan Mohan Yadav on behalf of the four women players of the Hindu side, the standing of the Government of India Rakhi Singh's advocate Jitendra Singh Visen was present in the court along with Counsel Amit Srivastava.
