The Border Security Force (BSF) has arrested an infiltrator from Pakistan with the intention of killing Suspended Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nupur Sharma from Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan. The name of this person has been described as Rizwan Ashraf. Five agencies are interrogating this intruder.

The arrested infiltrator is a resident of Mandi Baha Bean in Punjab's Pakistan. It is being told in the primary information that Rizwan had come to India with the intention of killing Nupur Sharma. He had made a dreadful plan in the meeting of the clerics.

He was trying to enter the Indian border from the Khankha checkpost of Hindumalkot checkpost. Meanwhile, BSF personnel caught him. Before infiltrating into India, Rizwan had attended a meeting of clerics in Mandi Bhauddin area of ​​Pakistan. He had tried to infiltrate once before.

After failing to infiltrate the Indian border for the first time, he planned to infiltrate into Hindumalkot via Sahiwal. It is being told that he had planned to go to Ajmer via Sri Ganganagar. In Ajmer his plan was to go to Ajmer Sharif. Rizwan, who knows Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi languages, is 8th pass. He had entered the Indian border with the intention of killing Nupur Sharma.

Sri Ganganagar Superintendent of Police (SP) Anand Sharma said that on the intervening night of July 16-17, a person was arrested from near the border. He has been identified as Rizwan Ashraf (24). He is a resident of Kuthiyal Sheikh of Pakistan. Two knives were recovered from his bag.

SP Anand Sharma told that Rizwan crossed the border and came to India due to religious fanaticism. He told that he entered the Indian border to punish Nupur Sharma for her statements. But, he did not even know where Nupur Sharma lived.
