Kanpur violence: After the comment of former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma on Prophet Mohammad, there was a ruckus in Kanpur, UP. The SIT probing this case has got important clues. In the case of violence, 34 accused have not been found by the police yet. The police had released the poster, in which the photographs of 40 accused were included. So far only six have been arrested. In such a situation, it is clear that these 34 stone pelters had come from outside to do violence and after everything was done, they fled.
After the incident, through CCTV footage, video recordings, mobile phones, the police had got their photographs taken out by marking 40 accused and a poster was ready for rent. The posters were put up by the police at different places. All these posters were put up on 5th June. According to Joint CP Anand Prakash Tiwari, some accused have been caught in the poster which was released. Most are being told from outside. 5 teams are working for his arrest. A surveillance cell has also been put in place, which is doing its job.

According to sources, about 200 people of Beconganj were questioned in 9 days regarding 34 accused. None of them could identify these 40 accused in the poster. Local people said that they have seen them for the first time, they are not residents of this locality. Whereas police sources say that Beconganj was used only for this incident. But the accused who is mostly from outside or other Came from neighborhoods.
