Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Moscow on Monday on a visit to Russia. He was received by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Russian President told Jinping that they would discuss China's Ukraine peace plan. Actually, the Chinese President is in Moscow for a three-day state visit to Russia. Jinping told President Vladimir Putin that he was confident Putin would get the people's support in next year's presidential election.

The peace plan would end the Ukraine war. This will also solve the concerns of all the parties. His peace plan will also help build a common understanding among the international community.  

An article by Xi Jinping has been published in the Russian newspaper Russian Gazette. This Xi Jinping has written many important things in the article. Jinping wrote that when he became the President of China 10 years ago, the first country he visited was Russia. In the last ten years, Xi Jinping has visited Moscow eight times in 10 years. Also, Putin and Jinping have met a total of 40 times through bilateral and multilateral talks. In the article, Jinping stressed on strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries so as to eliminate the monopoly, dominance of any country. Under which both the countries will increase cooperation in various fields and will keep talking on major issues of the world from time to time. Earlier, the Foreign Minister of China also talked to the Foreign Minister of Ukraine on the phone. China's foreign ministry issued a statement saying it hoped Ukraine and Russia would keep the door open to dialogue and not close the door to political settlement. Under which both the countries will increase cooperation in various fields and will keep talking on major issues of the world from time to time.

When the International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against Vladimir Putin on charges of war crimes. It is believed that this arrest warrant has been issued with the aim of damaging Putin's image as the Criminal Court has 123 country members. Vladimir Putin also thanked Xi Jinping for taking a balanced stand on the Ukraine issue.
