The incident was recorded by a street vendor over the weekend as federal immigration agents raided a Home Depot store in South Los Angeles.
According to witnesses, the Central American woman had difficulty breathing and fainted, but federal agents lifted her up and carried her away without immediate medical examination, raising concerns about her health.
