Pam Bondi revealed that she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer shortly after leaving the Department of Justice (DOJ) in April of this year and said that she is currently in the process of recovery.
In an interview with CNN, the former attorney general revealed that a few weeks ago she underwent surgery and that she is still recovering, although she assured that “she feels fine.”
News about his illness came to light after Katie Miller, a former White House staff member, shared the topic through her X account.
“Pam has been giving cancer quite a beating these past few weeks,” wrote Miller, wife of the White House deputy chief of staff for policy affairs.
