A California woman is reporting that she has received hundreds of oversized packages from Amazon that do not belong to her, an error that has lasted for over a year!
“Kay,” a fictitious name for the woman from San Jose, the county seat of Santa Clara, is the victim of a real nightmare, as she said she does not understand why dozens of enormous boxes full of car seat covers continue to arrive, already taking up more than half of her garage.
The woman affected by this situation is frustrated by a foreign online seller who seems to be violating Amazon's return policy.
