Trump's Signature on Banknotes
The official announcement states that Trump's signature will be incorporated as part of the commemorative actions for the 250th anniversary of the United States, marking the first time a sitting president's signature has appeared on banknotes in circulation.
At the time, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated that the initiative seeks to recognize the historic achievements of the country and the president, highlighting that the issuance coincides with a significant date for the nation.
In parallel, the Fine Arts Commission previously approved the design of a one-dollar gold coin with the president's image, also linked to the commemoration.
The same official maintained that, under the current administration, the country is moving toward a scenario of economic growth, a strengthening dollar, and fiscal stability.
The survey was conducted between April 10 and 13, with the participation of 1,748 people and a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
