Authorities announced that a Hispanic woman who was pregnant when she was murdered 45 years ago in Ventura County has been identified.
At a press conference, the Ventura County Sheriff's Department reported that Maricela Rocha Parga was identified as the A woman who died on July 18, 1980, in the parking lot of Westlake High School in Thousand Oaks, whose body showed multiple stab wounds. A subsequent autopsy revealed that the woman was pregnant at the time of her death.
